Dear Golfbrekers,

The start of the season is approaching!! Let’s start of strong and show everybody what the blue and yellow army stands for. Once again we will aim to become champions of the student competitions. So quickly sign up and help us win!

Friday October 25th

The weekend will be kicked off with predrinks on Friday. This starts at 21:00 and will be at Feestcafé De Prins (Paleisring 15, 5038 WD Tilburg). This evening will be 18+ only. Sleeping spots are arranged for us at the Tilburg University Sports Center (Academielaan 5, 5037 ET Tilburg). It’s possible to drop luggage at the Sports Center from 18:00-19:00 and from 20:30-22:00, after that the Sports Center will be closed until 00:00. From 00:00 you can enter again to sleep. The preparty is free but the sleeping spots cost €2 per night. 

Saturday October 26th

Competition:

The competition will be held in the Sportcomplex Drieburcht (Wagnerplein 1, 5011 LP Tilburg). It will be a 25 meter pool. The price to enter the competition is €7.50. The current timeline is as follows (may be subject to small changes):

Doors open at 12:30 

Warm-up starts at 12:45

Competition starts at 13:30

Dinner

After we are done winning the first round, it is time for dinner.  Dinner will be served at the pool. We will be having fries with a snack. Dietary wishes can be accommodated for. 

Party

When everyone has eaten it is time for the party. This will be held at de Vrienden van Tilburg (Heuvelring 116, 5038 CL Tilburg), from 21:00 to 04:00. The theme of the party will be revealed at a later date. The combined costs for the party and the dinner will be €8,00.  

IMPORTANT: Friendly reminder to bring your ID along. 

Sleeping

On Saturday, there are again sleeping spots arranged at the Sports Center (Academielaan 5, 5037 ET Tilburg), the ones that already sleep in the Sports Center on Friday can leave their luggage in the sleeping hall. The hall is reserved the whole Saturday. The costs will be €2.
