Groninger Studenten Zwem Vereniging De Golfbreker

Dear Golfbrekers,

Besides NSZK's we also have the Dutch National Student Championships. At this competition we will individually swim to be crowned Dutch Student Champion, so medals will be awarded! 

This year it will take place in the famous Pieter van den Hoogenband Arena, a huge stadium where each year national and international meets are held, so take this opportunity now and join us because you don't want to miss this. The deadline is on Thursday Febuary 8, so don't hesitate and sign up now!

Below you will find the information about this event and a forms where you can fill in your preferences. The race will take place in a 50m pool, so keep that in mind when submitting your times down below. The program for the weekend is as follows:

Friday Febuary 23

The Weekend will be kicked off with pre-drinks on Friday. This will be from 20:00 till 04:00 and will take place at Cafe Sgt. Peppers (Stratumseind 49, 5611EP Eindhoven). The pre-drinks will be for 18+ only. Bring your ID's. There will be sleeping spots arranged for the people joining the pre-drinks. 

Saturday Febuary 24

Competition: 

The competition will take place in the 10-lane 50-meter pool of the Pieter van den Hoogenband Swimming Stadium (Antoon Coolenlaan 1, 5644 RX). The doors open at 12:45, warm-up starts at 13:00 and the competition starts at 13:30. It will be possible to use the diving pool to cool down during the competition.  The price to enter the competition is €7.50. The program is as follows:

Dinner:

Dinner will be arranged after the meet at the pool. This time it will be fries with a snack. There is a possibility to choose between a meat snack and a meatless snack. The costs for the dinner and party combined are €8.00. If you choose to do only one you will still have to pay the full amount. 

Party:

In the evening it is finally time for the highlight of the weekend: the theme party! The party will take place in the evening of February 24 at the Eindhoven Student Association Demos (Keizersgracht 27, 511 GC Eindhoven) from 21:00 to 04:00. The party is open to 18+ only. Bring your ID's. To enter you will need a wristband which you will recieve at the competition. The theme for the party will be announced later.

Sleeping:

People joining the pre-drinks will sleep the first night at members of Nayade. 

The second night everyone will sleep in a sports hall at the Student Sports Centre Eindhoven (Onze Lieve Vrouwestraat 1, 5612 AW Eindhoven). This includes the people who slept at members the first night.
