Complaints

To ensure that everyone feels heard—both within and outside the association—De Golfbreker has an independent Complaints Committee that assists you in formally submitting a complaint. If you are dissatisfied with a particular situation or wish to report inappropriate behavior, you can submit a report to the Complaints Committee. They will assist you in resolving the current situation and preventing similar issues in the future.

Complaints can be submitted formally via the link below. Please note that complaints cannot be submitted anonymously.

Complaint Form (Opens on September 25th, 2026)

After submitting your complaint, the Complaints Committee will assist you further. They handle the complaint in three phases:

  1. The reporting phase: the report is assessed for relevance and urgency. Based on this assessment, it is either accepted for processing, rejected, or referred to another body.
  2. The investigation phase: if a complaint is accepted for processing, the Complaints Committee initiates an investigation. You, the person complained against, and other involved parties may be asked to provide a statement. Based on their investigation, the Complaints Committee issues a recommendation to the Board regarding the resolution of the complaint.
  3. The evaluation phase: the Board assists you in resolving the complaint. Once successfully resolved, the complaints process is evaluated.

For questions regarding the complaints procedure, please contact the Board at bestuur@golfbreker.org.
